There is complex interplay of light and psychological tension; part rear-projection, part reflection, and part fisheye lens effect, as if looking out, from within. Creating a virtual space from which the audience can interact. Elements combine to generate a sensorial procession of dreamlike, semi-conscious states. The interdisciplinary nature of this work crosses video, performance, sculpture, and installation to create a sort of enigmatic open ended-ness about one’s dharma.

In 2008, Andrew graduated from Queensland College of Art with First Class Honours. Where he was one of three inaugural winners in the graduate art show “GAS 2008.” As an artist there is an overarching concern with the unifying force that bonds all living experience. The momentum of which has taken Andrew towards an integration of installation and projected images. The work is many layered – delving into spiritual propositions that allow for alternate ways of being.
