Chloe Cogle

Chloe is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Brisbane who works with a variety of cinematic imagery: film, performance, spoken narration and installation. Her work explores the material properties of film, both handmade and found, imagining the past through sources of memory. Her spoken performances come in the form of tangential narratives based partially in truth and fact. She re-constructs other people’s arbitrary experiences, found in photos, interweaving elements of her own fantastical constructions.
