Genevieve Butler & Linda Keys McCormack

An angry young woman has just been imprisoned, a frightening incident occurs when she finds herself locked in isolation with another person. As their stories and crimes unfold, the young woman is confronted with the brutal reality of her situation, she stands at the cross-road and she is left to decided.

Genevieve Butler
Genevieve is an emerging actor and performance maker from Brisbane, having recently graduated from QUT with a bachelor in Drama she is currently co producing, devising and performing in a variety of productions by Sexy Knickers. In collaboration with Linda Keys McCormack Sirons was created with mentorship from Margi Brown Ash. She has performed in Rooms by Ben Knapton, Barb’ous by Barbarian Philosophers and worked closely with director Frazer Corfield and play write Sean Charles on Paradise the Musical. Her interests lie in the telling of unconventional stories, with visually beautiful images, through the use of physical theatre, visual and performance art along with film and intermedia. She intends to continue practicing art in a diverse manner that both influences and challenges the perspectives of her audience.

Linda Keys McCormack
Born and raised in Melbourne, Linda has trained with several leading acting coaches and institutes including: The National Theatre, St Kilda, and Melbourne Actors Studio with Bruce Alexander and the Revolutionary Acting Program with the Actors Centre. Upon relocating to Brisbane she continues training with The Film & Television Studio International and with Margi Brown Ash. She has also ventured overseas for the Atlantic Theater School’s Summer Intensive in Practical Aesthetics in New York and workshops in LA with leading coach Kimberley Jentzen. She has appeared on stage, television & commercials and is looking forward to combining working in both cinema and on stage and would love to run her own theatre and production company.
