Unable to participate in the production or destruction of any AV media circa 1980, Niles was born. Using two hands and a laptop, Niles blurs the lines between broadcast spectacle and experimental film to explore the beauty of poor programming. The projected media is masked beneath compression artefacts and the aesthetics of defunct media. To build landscape, to compliment space.
